大动脉炎并发中枢神经系统损害临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大动脉炎并发中枢神经系统的临床特点。方法回顾分析本院收治的3例大动脉炎并发神经系统损害患者的临床资料,对其临床特征、影像特点及治疗情况进行总结。结果 3例患者均为女性,年龄中位数为30.3岁（24-38岁）。病程9小时至3年。3例多发性大动脉炎患者均为头臂干型和混合型,2例以神经系统症状首发,1例患者于大动脉炎诊断后8个月出现神经系统症状。结论大动脉炎可以并发中枢神经系统损害,会导致严重脑血管事件的发生,临床医生应引起重视。Objective： To investigate the clinical features of Takayasu arteritis complicated with central nervous system.Methods： A retrospective analysis of the hospital,3 cases of Takayasu arteritis complicated with nervous system damage. Results： All 3 patients were female,the median age was 30. 3 years（ 24! - 38 years）. Duration of 9 hours to 3 years. 3 cases of Takayasu arteritis in patients with both brachiocephalic dry type and mixed type,2 cases of initial neurological symptoms,1 patient in the diagnosis of Takayasu arteritis after 8 months appear nervous system symptoms. Conclusion： Takayasu arteritis can be complicated with central nervous system damage,can lead to the occurrence of severe cerebrovascular events,clinicians should pay attention.
