护理路径对房颤射频消融治疗患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理路径对房颤射频消融治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例房颤射频消融治疗患者,随机分为两组每组30人,对照组实施常规护理及健康指导,观察组由小组责任护士应用护理路径进行护理及健康指导,两组患者分别于手术前、术后1、3、6个月时应用健康调查简表(SF-36)进行测评,比较两组的差异。结果两组患者在术后1、3月时躯体疼痛得分无统计学差异外,其余各维度得分,观察组都高于对照组(P<0.05);对两组患者各维度得分进行组间对比,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理路径有助于巩固和提高房颤射频消融治疗患者的生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of nursing pathway on the quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation. Methods： 60 patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 people. The control group received routine nursing and health guidance. The observation group wre given the nursing path for nursing and health guidance by a group of responsible nurses. Two groups of patients were evaluated by using the health survey short form（ SF- 36） before surgery and at 1,3,6months after surgery,to compare the difference between the two groups. Results： In the two groups,there was no significant difference in body pain score at 1,3months after surgery. But in the rest of the score of each dimension,the observation group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The score of each dimension in the two groups were compared,the observation group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing pathway is helpful to consolidate and improve the quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation.
