独立学院学生党支部建设的思考与探索——以福建农林大学金山学院为例

摘　　要：党支部是党的基层组织,支部建设是党建工作的基础。独立学院学生党支部建设反映了其党建水平和思想政治教育的水平。通过对福建农林大学金山学院学生党支部建设现状的调查,发现学生党支部建设存在的问题并提出改进思想政治教育模式、全程提早介入党员培养、丰富组织生活载体、挖掘文化载体内涵、发挥优秀党员作用等相应措施,这些措施对独立学院的学生党支部建设工作具有普遍指导意义。Party Branches are basic CPC organizations, and their development is the basis of Party-building. The development of students＇ Party Branches in independent colleges reflects the level of their Party-building and political education. According to a survey about the development of students＇ Party Branches in Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, some problems are found and appropriate measures are proposed as follows： to improve ideological and political education mode; to early intervene throughout the membership training; to enrich organizational activity support; to explore the connotation of cultural carriers; to play the roles of outstanding members, etc. These strategies are of great significance in guiding the work of such Party Branches.
