摘　　要：“一带一路”愿景始於习近平主席於2013年9月和10月对中亚、东欧的访问。截至2015年11月，中国没有明确“一带一路”所涉及的国家的官方数据。综合现有报道和资料，一般认为“一带一路”愿景涉及包括中国在内位於亚洲和亚欧地区的65个国家。本文重点讨论投资保护框架问题。The ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative was outlined by Chinese President Xi Jiping when he was visiting Central Asia and East Europe. Until NOV. 2015, no official statistics for the countries involved in the ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative had been clearly shown. Based on the existing reports and data, it is believed that the ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative includes 65 countries located in Asia and Asia-European areas.
