摘　　要：今年7月，香港政府正式指定2015年12月14日为《竞争条例》（香港法律第619章）（下称“《条例》”的全面生效日期。竞争事务委员会（下称“竞委会”）在其发出的新闻稿中表示，竞委会“已为有效执法做好准备，以确保所有人均可享有自由及公平的市场，维护香港的开放经济体系”。This July, the Hong Kong Administration designated December 14, 2015 as the date of the Competition Ordinance （Cap 619） （hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance） taking effect. The Commission under the Competition Ordinance （hereinafter referred to as the Competition Commission） announced in the press release that ＂the Competition Commission is ready for effective enforcement to ensure that everyone can enjoy a free and fair market so as to safeguard Hong Kong＇s open economy.
