摘　　要：通过对某水库除险加固工程调整概算的案例分析,真实地反映了工程的实际投资,并从征地拆迁补偿费变化、设计变更等分析超概的主要原因.对工程投资控制提供了建议,对以后的水利水电工程的调整概算编制可提供参考.Through the case analysis about adjustment estimation of a reservoir project which is a strengthened reservoir,this paper truly reflected the real investment of the project.The main reasons of budgetary overrun are compensation changes for land acquisition and design alterations. This paper provides some advices for investment control on this engineering and reference for adjustment estimation compilation in water conservancy and hydropower projects in the future.
