摘　　要：食品索证监管工作是人民生活质量水平的重要保障,食品安全带来的问题将严重影响人民的健康安全,并造成严重的社会影响。确保食品卫生安全是维护社会稳定的重中之重,做好食品索证监管工作,完善工作制度;实施全过程监管,从细节上扫除食品安全的隐患;加强社会舆论监督,提高安全责任思想理念。在引导民众进行共同监督,严格检查的同时,提高食品经营者的个人素质,从各个角度解决食品安全问题。Food cable card supervision is an important guarantee for the quality of people＇s life level, food safety problems will seriously affect people＇s health and safety and caused serious impact on society. Ensure the safety of food hygiene is the maintenance of social stability, do a good job in food cable card supervision work, improve the work system; supervision of the implementation of the whole process, sweep food safety risks in detail; strengthen social supervision by public opinion, improve safety responsibility idea. To lead the public to common supervision, strict inspection at the same time, improve the personal qualities of the food business operators, from different point of view to solve food safety problems.
