摘 要:目的探讨提高自我效能感对新建科室护士和队伍建设的作用。方法运用外部强化、高峰体验、加强业务训练、树立榜样、创作宽松工作环境等方法,促进护士自我效能感的提高,观察自我效能感与新建科室护士的成长、护理队伍建设的关系。结果经过1年的培训和实施,明显的提高了新建科室全体护士自我效能感,提高了护士的积极主动性和工作效率、理论水平和专业技能、沟通能力和协调能力,增强了团队意识和协作能力,稳定了新建科室的护理队伍,促进了新建科室护理队伍人才阶梯合理建设,使其健康快速成长起来,避免了护理差错的发生,减少了医患纠纷,提高了新建科室护士和病人的满意度。结论在医院新建科室护理队伍中,自我效能感的提高与护士的成长密切相关。Objective To explore the effect of improving self efficacy on the nurses growth and the team construction in the new Department. Methods Using external reinforcement, the peak experience, intensive professional training, set good example, creating relaxed working environment et al, to promote the improvement of nurses' self-efficacy, and to observe the relationship between nurses' growth and and the team construction. Results After one year of training, obviously improved the self efficacy of the nurses in the new department、initiative and work efficiency、theoretical level and professional skills、communication skills and coordination skills, enhanced their team consciousness and collaboration ability, stabilized the nursing team of new Department, promoted the reasonable construction of the nursing staff, speed up their healthy growth.And avoided care errors, reduced the medical disputes, improved the nursing and patients satisfaction. Conclusion In the nursing team of the new Department, the improvement of self efficacy and the growth of nurses is closely related.
