摘　　要：告知行为作为医疗活动之中尤为关键的行为导向之一,同时也是护理工作中极为重要的一个环节。现阶段,针对于如何科学合理地实施告知行为这一内容,仍然存在着很多的问题,由此所引发的医疗纠纷频繁出现,让医院的医护工作显得非常被动。该文将主要针对如何进行护理的告知,以此来减少医患纠纷的问题进行讨论和研究。This behavior is an important part of medical activities, and is also an important part of nursing work.？At present, there are still many problems in how to carry out the implementation of the problem, which is caused by medical disputes frequently, so that the hospital＇s medical work is very passive.In this paper, we will discuss and study the problem of how to reduce the medical disputes.
