摘　　要：重症医学科护理安全属于医疗服务机构护理安全中一个重要的组成部分,在长期的护理中面临着巨大的挑战和考验,品管圈的提出为重症医学科护理安全管理中发挥了重要作用。该文就品管圈在重症医学科护理安全管理中的应用进行探讨,分别从品管圈应用的意义、品管圈在重症医学科护理安全管理中的实现方法、实际应用以及提高护理安全管理应用相关建议等方面做了重点阐述。The intensive medicine nursing safety belongs to medical services, nursing safety an important part of, in the long-term care is facing enormous challenges and tests, quality control circles is put forward for intensive medicine nursing security safety management, in this paper, the quality control circle in the application of intensive care medicine safety management were discussed, the specific study respectively from the qc circle application, the significance of quality control circle in the implementation of intensive medicine nursing safety management method, the practical application, and improve the nursing safety management applications made emphasis on Suggestions, etc.
