摘　　要：目的为了保证献血者在捐献双份血小板后,体内剩余血小板仍能达到正常人水平,保障献血者的健康;另外也要使终产品符合国标的质量要求,达到患者的安全治疗需要的剂量。方法依据献血者体重和采前血小板计数,确定采集双份血小板的标准,对双份献血者体重的最低要求是:男≥60 kg,女≥55 kg;采前计数血小板的最低值为≥200×10~9/L。结果经血细胞分离机采集后,对献血者重新抽样检查和对终产品进行验证,采集双份血小板后,献血者体内剩余血小板≥1.0×10^(11)/L的正常人水平;采集后的终产品血小板计数≥5.0×10^(11)/袋,白细胞≤5×10~8/袋,红细胞≤8×10~9/袋,都能达到国标要求。结论符合条件的献血者1次采集双份血小板安全可行,这样既能解决单采血小板供者的不足,减少患者输注血小板后抗体产生的机会,同时也可大大节约单采血小板成本。Objective To ensure blood donors after double platelet donation, remaining in vivo platelet can still reach normal level, to keep the donors of health; in addition to the final products to meet the requirements of the national standard of quality, to reach the safe treatment of the patients required dose. Methods According to the blood donation weight and recovery of platelet count, the criteria for determining double samples of platelet, double blood donation is the weight of the minimum requirements： male is more than or equal to 60 kg, female is more than or equal to 55 kg. The lowest values of platelet count is equal or more than 200×10^9/L. Results Blood cell separator after collection, the blood donors to sampling inspection and the final product verification, after double platelet collection and normal human level of blood donors in residual platelet is more than or equal to 1.0×10^11/L; after collection of the final products platelet count is greater than or equal to 5.0 ×10^11/bag, white blood cell is less than or equal to 5×10^8/ bag, red blood cell is less than or equal to 8×10^9/bag,all can meet the requirements of the national standard. Conclusion In line with the conditions of blood donors 1 times collected double platelet safe feasible, so as to solve the apheresis platelet donors, reduce the number of patients with platelet transfusions of antibody production opportunities, but also greatly save apheresis platelet costs.
