摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者检测糖化血清蛋白的临床意义。方法随机选择2013年1月—2015年6月之间在该院治疗的200例糖尿病肾病患者和非糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,检测并分析两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和糖化血清蛋白结果之间的差异是否具有统计学意义,分析糖尿病肾病患者糖化血清蛋白与空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白检测结果之间的相关性。结果糖尿病肾病患者的空腹血糖为(9.20±4.87)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(8.15±2.32)%,糖化血清蛋白为(2.00±0.53)mmol/L;非糖尿病肾病患者空腹血糖为(5.78±0.31)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(5.72±0.61)%,糖化血清蛋白为(1.49±0.21)mmol/L,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖化血清蛋白与空腹血糖的秩相关系数为0.6685,糖化血清蛋白与糖化血红蛋白的秩相关系数为0.7431,均呈现明显的正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论同时检测糖尿病肾病患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和糖化血清蛋白,可避免单纯测定点血糖值所出现的血糖波动问题,可以避免糖化血红蛋白作为金标准只能反映长期控制血糖水平的缺陷,较为全面地判定患者的血糖控制水平和疾病病情总体控制情况。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of patients with diabetic nephropathy detect glycated serum protein. Methods Randomly selected between January 2013- June 2015 in patients with diabetic nephropathy and diabetic nephropathy in patients with 200 cases of non-hospital treatment as the research object, detected and analyzed two groups of patients fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and glycated serum protein Results the difference between whether a statistically significant correlation analysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy glycated serum protein and fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin outcomes. Results Fasting plasma glucose in patients with diabetic nephropathy was(9.20±4.87) mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin(8.15±2.32)%, glycated serum protein(2.00±0.53) mmol/L; kidney disease in nondiabetic fasting blood glucose(5.78/±/0.31/) mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin(5.72± 0.61)%, glycated serum protein(1.49±0.21)mmol/ L, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Glycated serum protein and fasting glucose rank correlation coefficient was 0.6685, rank correlation coefficient glycated serum protein and glycated hemoglobin is 0.7431, it showed a significant positive correlation(P〈0.05). Conclusion Simultaneous detection of patients with diabetic nephropathy fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and glycated serum protein, to avoid problems arising from fluctuations in blood glucose Blood glucose values measured simply avoid glycated hemoglobin as the gold standard can only reflect the long-term control of blood glucose levels of defects, more comprehensive determining the level of glycemic control and overall control of the disease in patients with the disease.
