精细化管理在风湿免疫性疾病护理中的运用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在风湿免疫性疾病临床护理中的应用价值。方法选择2015年3月—2015年5月收治的60例患者作为对照组,另选择2015年6月—2015年8月收治的60例患者作为观察组,比较两组护理质量评分、护理满意度评分、护理差错事件发生率。结果观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理操作满意度、服务态度满意度、住院环境满意度、健康教育满意度及总体护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理差错事件发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05)。结论在风湿免疫科实施精细化护理管理有助于减低护理差错事件发生率、提高护理满意度、提升整体护理质量。Objective To discuss the effect of fine management in the nursing of rheumatic autoimmune disease. Methods From March 2015 to May 2015,60 cases of patients in Division of Rheumatology were included in the control group.From June 2015 to August 2015,another 60 cases of patients in Division of Rheumatology were included in the observation group.The nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction score and nursing errors event rate of two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing skills satisfaction,service attitude satisfaction, hospital environment satisfaction, health education satisfaction and overall satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing errors event rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than the control group 13.33%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applicating fine management in the nursing of rheumatic autoimmune disease helps to reduce the incidence of error events, improve nursing satisfaction, improve the overall quality of care.
