摘　　要：目的降低健康体检报告的各种差错,缩短体检报告发放时间。方法对该院2013年体检报告发生及存在的问题进行分类、整理、分析,制定相关具体措施进行改进。结果 2014年通过对所有体检报告各环节采取质量控制措施,体检报告发放时间、差错率均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采取具体质量控制措施提高了体检报告的质量,缩短了体检报告发放时间。Objective Reduce health examination report various errors, shorten the time of issuance of the medical report.Methods The problem occurred in 2013 in our hospital medical report and the existing classification, collation, analysis,and formulate concrete measures to improve it. Results 2014 quality control measures by taking all the various aspects of the medical report, medical report issued time, the error rate was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By taking concrete quality control measures to improve the quality of the medical report, medical report shortens the time of issuance.
