推动医院电子档案管理工作发展的几点建议

摘　　要：计算机信息技术突飞猛进的发展,在社会领域的广泛应用,给各行各业带来极大的工作便利。这一技术在医院电子档案管理工作中的推广运用,实现了档案管理的质的飞跃,并为医生与患者之间的交流沟通提供了信用平台,方便积累完整的资料,为医疗、教学、科研等各个方面的工作服务。在医院建立电子档案数据库,实现档案资源共享,形成医院档案管理流程的统一化、现代化,对于维护医院历史真实面貌,保持医院健康、持续发展具有巨大的推动作用。本文通过对医院电子档案的建立、构建信用平台、完善与发展以及创新管理等方面,进行探讨,提供几点建议,以期能为医院档案事业的发展提供理论帮助。With the rapid development of computer information technology, the wide application of the computer information technology has brought great convenience to all walks of life. This technology in the hospital electronic file management work in the promotion of the use of the archives management of the qualitative leap, and the communication between doctors and patients to provide a credit platform to facilitate the accumulation of complete information for medical, teaching,scientific research and other aspects of the work. In the hospital, the establishment of electronic archives database, the realization of archives resources sharing, the formation of the hospital archives management process of the unification, modernization, for the maintenance of the hospital＇s historical reality, maintain the hospital＇s health, sustainable development has important practical significance. File management work, has become a prerequisite for improving the overall level of hospital work. In this paper, the establishment of the hospital electronic records, build credit platform, improve and development,and innovation management, to provide a few suggestions, in order to provide a theoretical help for the development of hospital archives.
