食品及公共场所从业人员DR胸部健康体检的结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨数字化X线摄影DR（Digital Radiography）在食品及公共场所从业人员胸部健康体检的应用价值。方法收集2014年3—8月该地区食品和公共场所从业人员胸部健康体检共29666名。使用西门子公司生产的DRFLC VC10H型系统数字化自动曝光技术。结果本组胸部健康体检阳性率为2.84%,各年龄组阳性的检出率均有差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。各年龄组男女之间阳性发现率除20~29组差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。其余各年龄组男女之间阳性发现率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 DR胸部摄影在食品及公共场所从业人员的健康体检中具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of chest Digital Radiography for people who work in the food premises and public places. Methods Radiography was applied for 29666 people who work In our region from March to August this year.Using Siemens production DRFLC VC10 H type system digital ae technology. Results The positive rate of the chest radiography is 2.84%. The positive detection of each age group was different and there was statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The patients of aortic stiffness increased with aging and skyrocketed in the 50~59 age group. The positive detection rate of each age group was different between male and female and there was statistical significance（P〈0.01）except the 20-29 age group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical value of chest Digital Radiography for people who work in the food premises and public places is significant.
