医用高压氧的安全隐患及针对性管理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨医院高压氧舱治疗时的安全隐患及管理对策。方法将760例行高压氧治疗的患者根据住院时间分为对照组324例、观察组436例。对照组通过历史性回顾,统计分析存在的安全隐患;观察组通过医疗安全管理制度的制订,实施安全防护的综合措施。结果未实施有效医疗安全管理,共发生治疗不满意29例,占8.95%。经强化安全管理后,不满意发生明显下降,总共发生7例,占1.60%。患者的满意度由83.5%提高到96.5%。结论加强患者在高压氧舱治疗时的安全管理,可以提高护理人员对医疗安全问题的认识,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者及家属的满意度。Objective To investigate the safety management measures of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with hyperbaric oxygen at. Methods 760 patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy were divided into control group 324 cases and observation group 436 cases. The control group through historical review, statistical analysis of the existence of security risks;observation group through the development of patients with safety management process, the implementation of safety protection measures. Results Hyperbaric patient safety management, a total of 29 cases of adverse events, accounting for8.95%. After strengthening safety management, adverse events were significantly decreased, a total of 7 cases, accounting for 1.60%. Patient satisfaction increased from 83.5% to 96.5%. Conclusion To strengthen safety management of patients in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, can improve the nurses understanding of patient safety, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
