摘 要:目的评价尿电导率在尿液检验前质量控制的应用效果。方法 2014年1—12月筛选该院收治的慢性肾脏病患者100例,同期体检健康成人400例,2015年1—8月,建立质控标准,筛查1852例尿液检验患者是否有瞒报饮水行为。结果 51~60岁、〉60岁年龄段,女性电导率水平高于男性,男性平均电导率低于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);严格质控下与大量饮水后健康人、肾脏病患者尿电导率组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);1852例患者,检出瞒报61例、漏报11例。结论尿电导率可用于筛查尿液检验前大量饮水行为。Objective To evaluate the application effect of urine conductivity test before the quality control in the urine.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, 100 patients with chronic kidney disease were admitted to the hospital with healthy adult physical examination in 400 cases, from January 2015 to August, to establish the standard of quality control, screening 1852 cases of urine test whether patients have concealed drinking behavior. Results 51 to 60 years old, more than 60 years of age, the level of conductivity in female is higher than male, the average male conductivity lower than females, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); under the strict quality control and the health of people drinking a lot of water, kidney Statistically significant in patients with urinary conductivity difference between the two groups(P〈0.05);1852 cases of patients, 61 cases were concealed, missing 11 cases. Conclusion Urinary conductivity can be used for screening of urine test before drinking a lot of water.
