摘　　要：医学是一门实践与理论相结合的学科,实习是医学生毕业前践行理论与实践相结合的重要环节。该科根据近年来实习生的学习特点和需求的变化,适应学科的发展趋势,加强教育,落实带教责任制,明确了学习目标,使带教老师充分认识到培养实习生的重要性;针对性采取措施,根据不同的特点和需求因材施教,同时建立相关制度,用制度保障带教效果。[Abastract] Medicine is a discipline which is combined theory and practice. Internship is an important part of the combination of the theory and practice of medical student before graduation. In recent years, according to the changes of learning features and demand for intern students, our department adapts to the development trend of the discipline, strengthen the education, implement the teaching responsibility, identify learning goals, and make the teaching staff fully understand the importance of intern students training. Teaching according to the different features and requirement of intern students. At the same time, the relevant systems was established and training effect was guaranteed.
