耳鼻喉科病区规范化晨间交接班模式提升护理质量管理的效果

摘　　要：目的观察通过规范化晨间的交接班模式对提高耳鼻喉科病区临床护理效率和护理质量的影响。方法从该院2014年9月15日—2014年4月25日耳鼻喉病区将全部患者按照传统交接班护理方式作为对照组,2014年12月26日—2015年7月9日将耳鼻喉病区全部患者作为观察组进行实验,观察两组病人的基础护理情况、健康状况和护士对患者病情的知晓情况。结果在观察组和对照组护理过程中,护士对病人的基础护理情况落实率为89.30%、81.30%,患者对自身健康情况的知晓概率为95.01%和89.21%,负责照顾病人的责任护士对病人健康状况的知晓概率为81.98%和76.40%。结论采用规范化晨间交接班护理模式,对耳鼻喉病区的临床护理效果和工作效率的提高,以及临床护理质量的改进有着非常大的帮助。Objective To observe through effective standardization of shift patterns, to improve the efficiency of clinical care ENT ward and care quality. Methods A random sampling method from my hospital September 15, 2014 to April 25, 2014 ENT ward shift the entire patient care in the traditional way as the control group, 26 December 2014 to July 2015 9 ENT ward all patients will be observed as the control experiments, observe the patient＇s primary care groups, the health status of the patient＇s condition and nurses know the situation. Results In the observation group and the control group nursing process, the patient＇s primary care nurse case of implementation was 89.30%, 81.30%, knowing the probability of patients for their own health situation for 95.01% and 89.21%, the responsibility of nurses responsible for the care of patients patient health status known probability of 81.98% and 76.40%. Conclusion The use of standardized care morning shift mode, ENT ward of clinical care to improve efficiency and productivity, as well as improve the quality of clinical care has a very big help.
