康复护理对骨折患者病变部位功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析骨折患者康复护理对病变部位功能的影响。方法随机选择该院2014年1月—2015年6月间收治的、以是否包含康复护理措施(遵从患者意愿)分为对照组和研究组各45例骨折患者为研究对象,对照组患者不进行康复护理,研究组患者进行康复护理,比较两组患者病变部位功能恢复情况。结果研究组患者中,康复效果显著33例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为95.56%;对照组患者中,康复效果显著11例,有效20例,无效14例,总有效率为68.89%,两组患者的康复效果和总有率之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理能够促进骨折患者病变部位功能恢复,帮助患者树立康复的信心,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the impact of rehabilitation care for patients with fracture lesion functionality. Methods Random selection in our hospital between January 2014- June 2015 admitted to whether to include the rehabilitation nursing interventions（informed consent） into each of 45 cases of fracture patients in the control group and the study group for the study, the control group of patients without rehabilitation care, rehabilitation care study group patients, lesions were compared in patients with functional recovery. Results Study group of patients, rehabilitation remarkable 33 cases, effective10 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.56%; the control group of patients, rehabilitation remarkable 11 cases, effective 20 cases, ineffective in 14 cases, total effective rate was 68.89 % difference between the two groups of patients with rehabilitation and total between the rate were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can promote good fracture lesion functional recovery, rehabilitation to help patients build confidence and improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical use.
