摘　　要：目的初步探讨震动感觉阈值检查(vibration perception thresholds test,VPT)与糖尿病周围神经病变临床常用检查的相关性。方法对300例2型糖尿病者进行了震动觉阈值(VPT)、单丝检测(SWME)、温度觉检查,对各检查的相关性展开分析,对各检查的差异进行比较。结果 Logistic回归分析表明空腹血糖水平和年龄会对VPT产生影响。VPT与SWME、温度觉检查具有相关性;VPT与SWME的观察一致率为49.3%,与温度觉检查的观察一致率为59.7%。SWME检查异常为2.7%,VPT检查正常的比例较低,温度觉异常占调查总人数的23.0%,VPT检查正常的比例较高。结论 VPT可作为临床筛查糖尿病周围神经病变的常用手段。Objective To preliminary explore vibration sense threshold examination（vibration perception thresholds test,VPT） and the correlation of diabetes peripheral neuropathy clinical common examination. Methods 300 cases of type 2 diabetes in the VPT, SWME, temperature check, to examine the correlation analysis, comparing differences of every inspection.Results The Logistic regression analysis showed that fasting blood glucose level and age will affect the VPT. VPT associated with SWME, temperature sense check; Observation of VPT and SWME consistent rate was 49.3%, consistent with the observation of temperature sense check at a rate of 59.7%. SWME checked exception was 2.7%, the VPT check normal proportion is low, abnormal temperature sense of survey, 23.0% of the total, VPT check normal higher percentage. Conclusion The VPT can be used as a clinical common ways of screening for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
