摘  要:目的探讨生化检验中导致血液标本误差的因素,提出有效控制措施。方法随机选择该院自2013年5月—2015年9月进行血液生化检验的3500例标本,测定患者血液检验指标。对比观察溶血标本及合格标本相关的生化检验指标,给予针对性措施加以控制。结果该组3500例标本中,共发现29例,不合格发生率0.83%。13例采集过程中操作不当,16例血液采集后未按规范保存。主要分析这29例不合格标本产生误差原因有采集部位、送检时间、溶血等因素。结论血液标本产生误差的因素与标本采集时间、采集部位、是否为溶血标本等因素有关。应加强管理,以提高检验结果的准确性,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the factors that lead to the error of blood specimen in biochemical test, and put forward effective control measures. Methods A random selection of 3500 cases of blood biochemical test from May 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital, the blood test indexes were determined. In contrast to the biochemical test indexes related to the blood samples and qualified samples, the corresponding measures were given. Results In this group, 29 cases were found in3500 cases, and the incidence rate was 0.83%. 13 cases collected during the operation, 16 cases of blood collection did not follow the standard save. The main analysis of the 29 cases of unqualified specimen errors are collecting parts, inspection time, hemolysis and other factors. Conclusion The factors that produce errors in blood samples are related to the time of collecting samples, the location of sampling, and whether they are related to hemolysis. Management should be strengthened to improve the accuracy of the test results, and to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
