糖尿病患者检测糖化血清蛋白的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨糖化血清蛋白在糖尿病诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法随机选择2014年1月—2015年6月在该院住院治疗的90例糖尿病患者作为研究组,随机选择90例非糖尿病患者作为对照组,两组研究对象具有可比性。糖尿病患者进行常规性治疗,检测糖尿病患者治疗前后和对照组患者的糖化血清蛋白值,应用t检验或tˊ检验进行统计学分析。结果糖尿病患者治疗前后糖化血清蛋白平均值与非糖尿病患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病患者高于非糖尿病患者。糖尿病患者治疗前和治疗后糖化血清蛋白平均值之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前高于治疗后。结论检测糖化血清蛋白含量在糖尿病诊断和治疗方面具有重要临床价值,可以作为糖尿病诊断的重要依据,能有效判断糖尿病的治疗效果,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of glycosylated serum proteins in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Methods Randomly selected in January 2014- June 2015 in our hospital treated 90 cases of diabetes as the study group, randomly selected 90 patients with non-diabetic patients in our hospital as a control group, the groups were comparable. Routine treatment of diabetic patients, detection and control groups before and after treatment in patients with glycated serum protein levels in diabetic patients, t test or t＇ test for statistical analysis. Results Before and after the treatment of diabetic patients with glycated serum protein mean non-diabetic patients and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, patients with diabetes than non-diabetics. Diabetes treatment differences mean glycated serum protein before and after treatment was statistically significant between（P 〉0.05）, higher than before treatment after treatment. Conclusion The detection of glycated serum protein has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, can serve as an important basis for the diagnosis of diabetes can effectively determine the therapeutic effect of diabetes, worthy of wider application.
