砚山县平远美沙酮维持治疗门诊实施奖励措施前后患者尿检结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析奖励措施前后在治患者尿检结果 ,探讨其对减少患者偷吸行为,提高随机尿检阴性率的效果。方法2015年3月在门诊所有在治病人中随机抽取99例作为调查对象,连续检测3个月的随机尿检。于2015年6月,门诊采取一系列奖励随机尿检阴性的措施后,对调查对象连续检测随机尿检3个月,分析奖励前后随机尿检变化。结果实施奖励措施后,调查对象随机尿检阴性率提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.92,P<0.01)。奖励后连续3月随机尿检阴性率也较奖励前提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.32,P<0.01)。结论美沙酮门诊采取的一系列奖励措施可以减少在治病人的偷吸行为,提高随机尿检阴性率,提高美沙酮维持治疗效果。Objective To analyze the urine test results of heroine addicts who are receiving Morphine maintenance treatment in the Methadone Clinic before and after receiving incentives and evaluate the effect of incentives on reducing outpatients’ drug using and creating negative random urine test results. Methods Baseline urine tests were conducted from July to September among 99 patients chosen randomly from the clinic in March 2015. Follow-up random urine tests were carried out among the 99 patients from October to December after the clinic offered s series of incentives, in June 2015, aiming to reward patients whose urine test would be negative, and the baseline and follow-up test results were analyzed and compared. Results The urine data of a test conducted just after incentives were given have a higher negative rate than the baseline data. The difference has statistical significance（χ2=7.92, P〈0.01）. Meanwhile, the data of subsequent tests from October to December 2015 also have a higher negative rate than baseline data. The difference has statistical significance（χ2=13.32,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The incentives adopted by the clinic has achieved encouraging effects of reducing drug using and raising negative rate of random urine test among outpatients, which, as a result of that, has enhanced outcomes of the Morphine maintenance treatment.
