PDCA循环法在体检科护理安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了进一步提高体检科护理质量并预防和减少各种护患纠纷的发生,分析和探讨PDCA循环法在体检科护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法选取40例于2014年1月—2015年1月在该院体检科工作的护理人员作为研究对象并按照管理方法的差异将其分为对照组(2014年1月—2014年6月)和试验组(2014年7月—2014年12月),其中对照组护理人员参照以往的管理方式进行管理,而试验组工作人员则参照PDCA循环法进行管理,对比和分析两组的护理质量及体检人员对护理服务的满意度。结果经过研究发现,试验组和对照组的护理质量均有所改善,但试验组护理质量改善更明显,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检科的护理安全管理工作中实施PDCA循环法,在改善护理人员的服务质量的同时提高了其自身的综合素质,不仅能够保证患者治疗安全而且有效预防和减少了各种护患纠纷的发生,值得推广和应用。Objective To further improve the nursing quality and to reduce and prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion the effect of PDCA in the health examination center. Methods 40 nurses were selected in our hospital health examination center which were divided randomly into experimental group and observation group,the experimental group received the method of PDCA,the control group was given the traditional management method. The quality of care and integrated quality of nursing were compared 2 groups after use of classification management. Result The nursing quality and satisfaction of experimental group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of PDCA method in health examination center management is beneficial for the elevation of nursing quality and to increase the cohesive force of nursing team and provide high-quality and safer nursing service for the patients,it is worth to popularize.
