高校新生心理普查及心理约谈工作的思考

摘　　要：文章对国内高校心理普查的现状进行了分析,并从高校问心理普查问卷的选择、时间、场地、主试人员、被试、数据处理、约谈工作过程中存在的问题以及普查过后的反馈建档工作、后续追踪辅导工作过程中出现的状况等几方面分析了心理普查工作中存在的问题,对心理普查工作的有效性进行了探讨与思考,在此基础上,提出了未来的发展前景和希望。Objective The present situation of domestic colleges and universities psychological general survey are analyzed,and from the University asked problems existing in the census questionnaire of psychological selection, time, space, the main test personnel, subjects, data processing, interviews and working process and after the census feedback file, follow-up counseling work in the process of several aspects analyzes the psychological general survey work in the existing problems,the effectiveness of psychological census work were discussion and thinking.On this basis, it puts forward the future development prospects and hope.
