腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法收集2013年1—12月该院接受腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症的患者80例,随机分为50例研究组和30例对照组。研究组在腹腔镜术后给予药物治疗,按研究组患者接受药物的种类进一步分为30例米非司酮组和20例醋酸亮丙瑞林组。对照组腹腔镜术后不接受药物干预。对比研究组和对照组腹腔镜手术后6个月子宫内膜异位症的治疗疗效以及研究组和对照组术后1年子宫内膜异位症复发率。结果米非司酮组、醋酸亮丙瑞林组子宫内膜异位症的治疗有效率分别为73.3%、75%,结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗有效率为55%,明显低于米非司酮组与醋酸亮丙瑞林组,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。米非司酮组、醋酸亮丙瑞林组术后1年子宫内膜异位症复发率分别为13.3%、10%,结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术后1年子宫内膜异位症复发率为20%,明显高于米非司酮组与醋酸亮丙瑞林组,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该次研究认为腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮或醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效肯定,术后复发率低。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with medication on endometriosis. Methods From January 2013 to December 2013, 80 cases patients with endometriosis accepted laparoscopic treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into study group（50 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The study group was given medical to treat after laparoscopic surgery, according to the drug types, study group was further divided into mifepristone group（30 cases）and leuprolide acetate group（20 cases）; control group was not accepted drug intervention. Comparing the effect of endometriosis treatment after 6 months, and the endometriosis recurrence after one year between the two groups. Results The effective rate of mifepristone group and leuprolide acetate group were 73.3% and 75% respectively, there was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）; the effective rate of control group was 55%, which was significantly lower than mifepristone group and leuprolide acetate group, there was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of mifepristone group and leuprolide group after one year were 13.3% and 10% respectively, there was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）; that of control group was 20%, which was significantly higher than mifepristone group and leuprolide group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study suggests that the effective of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone or leuprolide in the treatment of endometriosis was worthy of compliment, and has low recurrence rate.
