护理路径在膝关节置换术患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的对护理路径在膝关节置换术患者护理中的应用进行分析。方法选取2013年6月—2015年6月在该院进行膝关节置换术患者40例,随机分为两组,常规组20例患者,给予常规护理干预措施管理;改良组20例患者,给予护理路径管理措施护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果对比两组患者的术前情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比两组患者的护理满意度存在明显差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良组患者关节功能恢复情况、术后住院治疗时间、下床活动时间、术后不良反应发生比例等均显著优越于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节置换手术治疗患者,应用临床路径护理管理,能够明显改善患者术后膝关节的功能恢复效果、明显缩短住院治疗时间、下床活动时间、减少术后不良反应、减少住院治疗费用,安全性较高,可作为理想的护理管理措施应用于膝关节置换手术。Objective To discuss the application of nursing pathway in nursing of patients with knee joint replacement.Methods From June 2013 to June 2015, 40 patients with knee joint replacement in our hospital were selected. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. Routine group received routine nursing intervention measures;Improved group accepted nursing pathway management measures. The nursing effect between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the operation（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction between two groups, differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Patients in the improved group were significantly superior to the routine group in the recovery of joint function, the length of stay in hospital after operation, the time of out of bed activity and the incidence of adverse reactions, differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with knee joint replacement surgery, application of clinical nursing pathway management can significantly improve the postoperative knee function recovery effect, shorten the hospitalization treatment time, ambulation time, reduce postoperative adverse reaction and hospitalization expenses. As ideal nursing measures can be apply to knee joint replacement.
