通络降脂胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的制定通络降脂胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对通络降脂胶囊中的银杏叶提取物和绞股蓝总皂苷进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定通络降脂胶囊中总黄酮醇苷的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点显色清晰,分离良好。槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素进样量分别在77.88~1558、59.40~188、16.34~326.7 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系（n=6）,平均加样回收率分别为98.3%、98.0%、96.0%,RSD分别为1.4%、1.6%、1.8%。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于通络降脂胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a standard for quality control of Tongluojiangzhi capsules. Methods The extract of ginkgo biloba leaf and gypenosides were identified by TLC,while the content of total flavonoid glycoside was determined by HPLC. Results The spots in TLC were fairly clear and distinct. The linear range of quercetin,kaempferol,and isorhamnetin was 77. 88- 1558. 00,59. 40- 188. 00,16. 34- 326. 70 ng,respectively. The average recovery of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin was 101. 0%,97. 2%,97. 8%,respectively. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and specific,which can be used for quality control of Tongluojiangzhi capsules.
