摘　　要：目的建立活骨胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对活骨胶囊中当归、骨碎补、葛根、何首乌进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中2,3,5,4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。结果 TLC分离清晰,阴性无干扰;2,3,5,4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.129~2.064μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.15%,RSD为0.76%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为活骨胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective To establish a quality standard for Huogu capsules. Methods Angelicae sinensis radix,drynariae rhizoma,puerariae lobatae Radix and Polygoni multiflori Radix in Huogu capsules were identified by TLC. The content of 2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference. 2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 129- 2. 064 μg（ r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 100. 15% and RSD was 0. 76%（ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Huogu capsules.
