摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定马先蒿属6种植物中毛蕊花苷及桃叶珊瑚苷含量。方法从甘肃、青海及四川等地采集6种马先蒿植物样本11个,75%甲醇回流提取后,采用HPLC法测定其中的毛蕊花糖苷和桃叶珊瑚苷含量,以乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~10 min,5%A;10~12 min,5%~20%A;12~30 min,20%A;30~35 min,5%A);检测波长330 nm、204 nm,流速1 ml·min^(-1)。结果各样本中均能测定出毛蕊花糖苷及桃叶珊瑚苷,但含量差异较大。结论毛蕊花糖苷及桃叶珊瑚苷广泛存在于马先蒿属植物中,该HPLC法分离分析效果好,简单易行,可用于马先蒿中毛蕊花糖苷及桃叶珊瑚苷的同时定性定量分析及该属药材的质量控制。Objective To establish a determination method for verbascoside and aucubin in medicinal plants of pedicularis. Methods 11 samples of 6 species of pedicularis were collected from Gansu,Qinghai and Sichuan provinces. These samples were extracted with 75% methanol by refluence and determined by HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions involved Sino Chrom ODS-BP( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile( A)-H2O( B),0^(-1)0 min,5% A,10^(-1)2 min,5%- 20% A,12- 30 min,20% A,30- 35 min,5% A. The detection wavelength was 330 nm and 204 nm respectively at a flow rate of 1 ml·min^(-1). Results Verbascoside and aucubin could be determined in all the samples and there was obvious difference in contents. Conclusion Verbascoside and aucubin are widely distributed in the plants of pedicularis. This HPLC method is simple,and practical and efficient. It can be used for qualitative analysis and quality control of pedicularis.
