建立消毒供应中心质量管理及追溯信息化系统的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究消毒供应中心建立信息化系统对提高医院院感质量管理和无菌物品追溯的影响。方法搜集消毒供应中心2013年1月至2015年5月进行消毒灭菌的112870件物品作为研究对象,未建立信息化系统的55630例作为参照组,建立信息化系统的57240例作为研究组,对比工作流程中的清洗、配包、包装和发放包的质量。结果研究组的清洗、配包和包装、发放包的质量合格率99.7%、99.9%、99.8%显著高于参照组99.1%、99.2%、99.1%,不合格率0.3%、0.1%、0.2%显著低于参照组0.9%、0.8%、0.9%,P<0.05。结论消毒供应中心建立信息化系统,可以有效提高医院物品的质量管理和追溯,效果十分显著。Objective To study the positive influenceof hospital information system in disinfection supply centeron hospital infection quality managementand sterile items review.Methods To collect 112870 disinfection sterilizationitems from disinfection supply center during January 2013 and May 2015 as the research object.55630 cases,which information system has not been established,as control group.The 57240 cases which include in information systemas study group.Comparing the work process of cleaning,package,packaging and distributing quality of the package.Results The qualified rate ofcleaning team,packages,packaginganddistribution package quality（99.7%,99.9%and 99.8%） of study groupwere higher than that of control group（99.1%,99.2%and 99.1%）.However,the fraction defective was（0.3%,0.1%and 0.2%） lower than the control group（0.9%,0.8%and 0.9%,P 〈0.05）.Conclusions The establishment of information system in disinfection supply center can effectively improve the hospital quality management and traceability of the item,the effect is significant.
