哈尔滨市冰壶队手腕动作知觉的实验研究

摘　　要：哈尔滨冰壶运动的发展进入了一个新的阶段,对于冰壶技战术的理解和应用也上了新的台阶,但是当前对于冰壶运动员的生理指标探究相对属于薄弱环节。通过对哈尔滨市冰壶队运动员的手腕动作方位知觉的测试,分析冰壶运动员手腕动作方位知觉存在运动员的测试值普遍偏高,顺逆差值等问题。建议冰壶运动员增加手腕方位知觉的训练,提高手腕动作的敏感程度;加强专项体能训练;完善冰壶队的训练设备,保证正常的训练效果与训练效率,以提高冰壶运动成绩。The development of Curling in Harbin has entered a new stage, as well as the understanding and application of curling technique, but the current research on the physiological indexes of curling players belongs to the weak link.With the orientation perception of wrist movements of Harbin Curling Team, analyzing the testing data of orientation perception of wrist movements of Curling players is generally high, surplus and deficit and other prolblems.Suggest to increase the training of wristorientation perception of curling athletes, improve the sensitivity of wrist movements, strengthen the specialized physical training, perfect training equipment of curling team, ensure the normal training effect and efficiency, in order to improve the curling performance.
