摘　　要：近几年来,我国的体育旅游产业得到了快速的发展,冰雪体育旅游产业受到了越来越多的青睐。黑龙江省拥有着独特的地理优势,大大推动了该省的冰雪体育旅游产业的发展。采用文献资料以及逻辑分析等方法,来深入分析当前黑龙江省的冰雪体育旅游产业所存在资源开发不够合理,配套的安全措施不足,旅游相关的服务质量有待提升,品牌形象不够明显,所受到的市场竞争剧烈等不足之处,提出以政府为主导,增加对旅游项目的宣传,尽快配备健全的安全措施,提供优良的服务质量,全力塑造专属的品牌形象,打造一支高素质的人才队伍等推动黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业发展的有效对策,从而推动冰雪体育旅游更快、更好的发展。In recent years, Chinese sports tourism industry has a rapid development.Ice and snow sports tourism industry has been more and more attention. Heilongjiang province has a unique geographical advantage, greatly promote the development of ice and snow sports tourism industry. With the methods of literature and logic analysis, deeply analyze the existing shortages in Heilongjiang provincial ice and snow sports industry like the development of resource is not reasonable, safe countermeasures are not enough, service quality related to tourism is need to be improved, brand image is not obvious and market competition is intense.Put forward that the government as leading, more publicity of tourism programs,provide perfect safe countermeasures and good serving quality, develop exclusive brand images, build a high-quality talents team and other effective strategies to promote the development of Heilongjiang provincial ice and snow sports tourism industry, and in order to promote the faster and better development of ice and snow sports tourism.
