摘  要:采用AA3连续流动注射法同时测定海水中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。通过实验条件的优化选择,建立最佳测定方法,检测结果与分光光度法保持一致。硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐检出限分别为:0.000 15 mg/L和0.000 029 mg/L,实际海水样品中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐加标回收率分别为:84.67%~101.2%和86.67%~100.0%,相对标准偏差分别为0.067%~5.27%和0.00%~4.35%(n=6)。本方法具有快速、省时、方便、基体干扰小,精密度和准确性高等优点,能满足大批量海水检测要求。A method for determination of nitrate and nitrite in seawater using continuous flow injection analysis has been developed. The method has been optimized, and the results were consistent with spectrophotometry. The limits of detection for nitrate and nitrite were 0.000 15 mg/L and 0.000 029 mg/L,respectively. The relative recoveries of spiked nitrate and nitrite at different concentration levels in real seawater samples were 84.67% ~101.2% and 86.67% ~100.0%, and with relative standard deviations of 0.067% ~5.27% and 0.00% ~4.35%(n =6), respectively. The method is proved to be rapid, accurate, efficient, low matrix interference, and especially for large quantities of seawater samples analysis.
