摘  要:以超临界CO_2进行萃取,采用HPLC法测定毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量,优选的萃取条件为压力30 MPa,温度45℃,CO_2流量20 L/h,夹带剂为95%乙醇,加入量为药材重的5%,萃取时间2 h,粉碎粒度60目,萃取率为0.558 mg/g,结果显示超临界CO_2萃取黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷有效可行。To investigate the technology condition of calycosin glucoside from astragali radix by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,the content of calycosin glucoside determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction technology was as following:extraction pressure was 30 MPa, extraction temparature was 45 ℃,CO2 flow rate was 20 L/h,useing 95 % ethanol as cosolvent,cosolvent was 5 %,extraction time was 2 h,the size was 60 mesh,extracting rate of calycosin glucoside was up to 0.558 mg/g, the results showsed that supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of calycosin glucoside from astragali radix to be effective.
