摘  要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析黄金菊水提取物中的油状成分,鉴定出其中的62种化学成分,并通过标准峰面积法确定了它们的相对含量,鉴定成分占总组分的87.77%。主要成分为醇类、酮类、烯类、酯类、酚类、醛类、酸类、烷烃类等化合物。The oil components were extracted from Perennial Chamomile and its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. 62 compounds were identified and the identified compounds were accounted for 87.77 %.The relative contents in the oil components were determined by peak area normalization.The main compounds were alcohol,ketone,alkene,ester,phenol,aldehyde,acid,alkane,etc.
