摘　　要：当今社会食品安全问题层出不穷,食品安全已成社会关注的焦点,随着食品出口量增加,检验检疫部门所承受的压力越来越大,监管难度加大,因此建立一套科学合理的出口食品安全风险系统显得尤为重要。通过对食品安全风险信息进行分析,完善了风险分析指标体系,合理构建了风险分析预警系统,辅助食品检疫部门进行决策。Nowadays, food safety problems are emerging, and food safety has become the focus of attention of the society. With the increasing of food exports, inspection and quarantine departments suffer more and more pressure and have difficult to supervise the food market. So it＇s important to build a scientific and reasonable system to supervise food safety. This article improves the risk analysis indicators and builds a reasonable food safety system to help inspection and quarantine departments make smart decisions by analyzing the information of food safety.
