摘 要:针对我国目前制造业仅有设备远程监控大数据、电子商务大数据,根本不能满足制造业转型升级需要的现状,提出开展制造业大数据顶层设计的思路.进行制造业大数据清单分析,提出了大数据的建立、有序化、结构化和集成应用等内容,包括制度设计、标准设计、平台设计、关键技术攻关等.研究了基于大数据的创新模式、大批量定制模式、制造服务模式和绿色制造模式等,并提出了我国制造业大数据顶层设计的组织实施方法.Big Data of manufacturing industry will bring the historic challenges and opportunities for transformation and improvement of China's manufacturing industry. But at present,the major data of manufacturing industry is mainly limited to the remote monitoring data for equipment,electronic commerce Big Data and so on,which could not meet the needs of transformation and upgrading of the industry.Therefore,the top- level design of Big Data of manufacturing industry is necessary. The inventory for Big Data of manufacturing industry was analyzed in this paper and the content of the design for the establishment,orderly,structured and integrated applications of Big Data was proposed including system design,standard design,platform design and key technologies research etc. Besides,the innovation mode,mass customization mode,manufacture service mode and green manufacturing mode based on Big Data were studied and The organization and methods for the implementation of the top-level design of Big Data of manufacturing industry were put forward.
