摘　　要：为了有效支撑科技型中小企业新产品的创新开发,满足客户对产品开发能力与开发资源的需求,研究可支撑新产品快速开发与资源信息化的创新服务平台.重点探讨创新服务平台的基础架构、数据库结构,以及在线3D打印、设计资源库、众包设计等功能模块的实现等问题.已投入商业运营的平台,提高了长三角区域集群式中小企业的新产品创新开发能力,促进了区域制造业与信息化的融合.In order to effectively support the innovative development of the new products for the middle and small- sized technological enterprises and satisfy the clients ＇ requirements of produce development ability and resource,a research on the development and implementation for the service platform of product innovation has been conducted which can support the rapid product development and the resource informatization. This paper mainly discusses the key points for the implementation of the platform,such as the fundamental framework, the database structure and the function modules like online 3D printing,design resource repository,crowdsourcing design and so on. The platform has been in the stage of commercial operation at present and has improved the innovative capability of the clustered middle and small- sized enterprises in the Yangtze River delta region,and promoted the integration of regional manufacturing industries and the information technology.
