陡波电容分压器分布参数的测定与仿真

摘　　要：利用阻抗增益解析装置测量高压电容分压器的低压臂电容阻抗频率特性和相位频率特性.计算电容等效串联电阻及等效串联电感等寄生参数,并通过多个电容并联的方式减小寄生参数值,提高分压器的频率响应.通过仿真,以实测频率特性为目标调节分压器仿真寄生参数,电容的等效串联电阻和等效串联电感误差均小于5%,仿真结果与测量结果基本相符.Impedance frequency characteristics and phase frequency characteristics of low voltage arm capacitor of high-voltage capacitor dividers measured by impedance gain- phase analyzer to calculate the parasitic parameters of capacitance equivalent series resistance and equivalent series inductance and to decrease the parasitic parameter value by multi capacitances parallel connection to improve the frequency response of the voltage divider. Besides,adjust simulation parasitic parameter of the target voltage divider to measure the actual frequency by the simulation whose error factor is less than 5%. The simulation results and measurement results are basically consistent.
