摘  要:对于静叶可调式大型轴流压缩机,静叶片既需要承受较大的气动力,又需要质量小便于调节,因此选取合适的材料进行研制开发是机组大型化设计需解决的关键技术之一。选取了不锈钢、铝合金和玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料三种材质进行对比分析,分别进行了静叶片的结构设计、刚度、强度、频率计算,并进行了综合对比。通过分析可知,选用玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料,静叶片安全系数可达12.5,安全可靠性更高,并具有良好的性价比,这为玻璃纤维复合材料在大型轴流压缩机上的实际应用提供了设计依据。For the large and variable stator typed axial compressor, the stator blades need to withstand greater aerodynamic load and become lighter in order to adjust compressor performance easily during operation.Therefore the material-selection and structural design of adjustable stator blades is one of the key technologies to be solved in the design large-scale compressors.Three different kinds of materials have been selected and analyzed,including stainless steel, aluminum and glass fiber reinforced epoxy composites.The calculation results of structure design,the stiffness, strength and nature frequency of the stator blades is also presented and compared.Results shown that the glass fiber reinforced epoxy composite has a higher reliability and is more cost-effective, as the safety factor of stator blade is up to 12.5. This result also provides a basis for the further applications of the glass fiber composite in the large-scale axial compressors.
