摘 要:分析了高速铁路混凝土简支梁换装恢复施工面临的问题,并提出了桥孔处支架现浇混凝土箱梁、梁场集中预制混凝土箱梁、桥孔平行侧低位台座和桥孔平行侧高位支架现浇混凝土箱梁4种新制混凝土箱梁的建造方案,以及重型高架台车平移换装、栈桥式平移换装和跨线龙门吊快速换装3种新制箱梁的换装技术方案。介绍了每种建造方案的优缺点,对比了不同的换装技术。对遭到损毁破坏的简支梁桥,先使用抢修钢梁保证其临时通车,再根据实际工况合理选择施工方案。通过换装作业,将新制的混凝土箱梁快速替换抢修钢梁,从而使灾后桥梁恢复原状并达到初始设计要求。The problems about replacement and recovery construction of high speed railway concrete simply-supported girder are analyzed. Four kinds of production scheme of concrete box girder including cast-in-situ box girder in the bridge opening bracket,concentration of precast concrete box girder in the girder yard,cast-in-situ concrete box girder in the lowpedestal parallel and in the high support parallel to the side span,and three kinds of rapid recovery technology including heavy overhead trolley,trestle structure and gantry crane across the line are put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are introduced,and the different replacement technology are compared. The damaged high speed railway bridges are replaced by emergency steel girder to ensure the temporary traffic. In order to choose reasonable construction scheme according to the actual working condition. The original state and design requirements of the bridges are realized by using the newconcrete box girders to replace the emergency steel girders.
