摘  要:厦门市仙岳路台湾街跨线桥L4联顶升改造工程以11.261 m的超大顶升高度刷新了目前既有桥梁顶升高度记录。施工中克服了顶升高度大、施工工期长、桥面纵向坡度变化大、梁体自重大、梁宽易扭、箱梁结构复杂等一系列技术难题。本文以此工程为背景从施工监控方的角度介绍如何解决箱梁的纵向滑移及横向倾覆问题,重点阐述如何利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对施工中强迫位移及关键部位局部应力对箱梁产生的影响进行分析,并以此为理论依据设定梁体纵横向位移差安全预警值及应力增量安全预警值,为科学施工提供技术支持。The existing record of bridge jacking height is refreshed by the jacking project of L4 flyover across Taiwan Street of X ianyue Road in X iamen City with the maximumjacking height of 11. 261 m. During the construction,a series of technical difficulties were overcome such as large jacking height,longer construction period,large bridge longitudinal slope change,heavy box girder self-weight,wide girder width easier to torsion,and complex box girder structure. Based on the project,howto solve the problems oflongitudinal slip and transverse overturn were introduced fromthe point of construction monitoring. This paper focuses on howto use finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the effects of forced displacement and local stress of key components on the box girder.With this analysis,warning values oflongitudinal and transverse displacement disparity and stress increment were proposed,providing technical supports for scientific construction.
