摘 要:目的:探讨经胸超声心动图评价右心耳的可行性及方法.方法:分别于胸骨左缘旁、心尖部、剑突下、平卧位胸骨右缘及右侧卧位胸骨右缘显示右心耳结构,比较不同透声部位及切面显示右心耳的成功率及图像质量.结果:不同透声部位的相应切面显示右心耳的成功率明显不同.胸骨左缘旁及心尖部、剑突下、平卧位胸骨右缘、右侧卧位胸骨右缘显示右心耳的成功率分别为10.85%、28.83%、50.46%、84.97%.右侧卧位胸骨右缘切面显示右心耳的成功率最高,图像也最为清晰.结论:经胸超声心动图显示右心耳具有一定的可行性且右侧卧位胸骨右缘切面是显示右心耳的最佳切面.AIM: To explore the feasibility and methodology of transthoracic echocardiography( TTE) in the evaluation of right atrial appendage( RAA). METHODS: Left parasternal view,apical view,subcostal view,right parasternal view with a supine position and right parasternal view with a right lateral decubitus were chosen as the reference views in displaying RAA. The success rate and image quality of viewing RAA through these acoustic windows were compared. RESULTS: There was a significant difference in the success rate and image quality among various acoustic windows in displaying RAA. The success rate were 10.85%,28.83%,50. 46%,84. 97% in left parasternal view and apical view,subcostal view,right parasternal view with a supine position and right parasternal view with a right lateral decubitus,respectively. The success rate was highest and the image quality was optimal in the right parasternal view with a right lateral decubitus.CONCLUSION: It is feasible for TTE to display RAA,and right parasternal view with a right lateral decubitus could be regarded as the optimum orientation for displaying RAA.
