后腹腔镜下行肾固定术治疗症状性肾下垂的安全性及治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨后腹腔镜下行肾固定术治疗症状性肾下垂的临床效果以及安全性.方法:选取我院2010-02/2015-03收治的症状性肾下垂患者30例作为研究对象.30例患者均实施后腹腔镜下肾固定术,观察和分析患者的治疗效果.结果:30例手术均成功完成,平均手术时间(124.1±0.2)min,平均住院时间(9.0±0.2)d,平均卧床时间(6.2±1.1)d.静脉肾盂造影显示患侧肾脏正常.结论:应用后腹腔镜下肾固定术对症状性肾下垂进行治疗,创伤性小,患者术后恢复快,值得推荐.AIM： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of the treatment of symptomatic renal prolapse with laparoscopic nephrectomy. METHODS： 30 patients admitted into our hospital from February 2010 to March 2015 with symptomatic renal prolapse. 30 patients were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal fixation,observation and analysis of the therapeutic effect.RESULTS： 30 operations were successfully completed. The average operating time was（ 124.1＋0.2） minutes,the average length of hospital stay was（ 9. 0 ＋ 0. 2） days,and the average bed time was（ 6.2＋1.1） days. The renal pelvis was normal in the patients with renal pelvis. CONCLUSION： The application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal surgery in the treatment of symptomatic renal prolapse has small traumatic,fast postoperative recovery,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
