摘　　要：社会经济的发展,收入水平的不断增加,闲暇时间的不断延长和女性社会地位的日益提升,都为女性的生活带来巨大的变化,同时也对女性的生活方式提出了新的挑战,使女性的休闲体育意识和观念得到很大的改变,促进我国社会体育和家庭体育的快速发展。The development of social economy,the increasing income level,the continuous extension of leisure time and women＇s social status are increasing,all of which bring great changes to the life of women,but also put forward new challenges to women＇s life style,so that women＇s leisure sports consciousness and ideas have been greatly changed,and promote the rapid development of social sports and family sports in China.
