休闲健身与延安红色旅游的联动发展

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析的方法,结合当前革命老区延安红色旅游景区开发现状,在梳理毛泽东体育思想与体育健身理念、红色旅游景区体验型开发相关经验的基础上,提出倡导革命精神,树立健身理念,鼓励以休闲健身形式畅游延安,利用红色遗址场所重现历史及利用红色景区场地开展户外健身运动的发展构想,同时指出休闲健身连接延安红色旅游,对于国民延安精神的教育和传承具有深远意义,激励人们加强身体锻炼,增进健康,更好的投身党和国家的建设事业。Adopting the methods of documentary and logical analysis and combining with the current situation of the＂Red＂Tourism in the old revolutionary base area-Yan＇an,this thesis proposes to promote revolutionary spirit,establishes the concept of the fitness,encourages people to enjoy a sightseeing tour in the form of the recreation and utilize ＂Red＂ site places and scenic sites to reproduce history and carried out the idea of developing outdoor fitness movement.Meanwhile it also presents the joint development of recreation and ＂Red＂Tourism on the base of Mao Zedong＇s concept on physical fitness idea and the related experience about the revolution tourism scenery＇s experimental exploration.The findings have profound influence on spreading education of Yan＇an＇s spirit as well as stimulating people to strengthen physical exercises and promoting health so as to enable them to do better to devote themselves to the construction of our nation.
