摘　　要：目的降低护士职业锐器伤发生率,提高临床用药与护理操作的安全性。方法自主设计一种多功能玻璃安瓿开启器,使用金刚石刀头替代传统砂轮,集安瓿切割、开启、启瓶器、螺丝刀等功能为一体。结果 2013年10月—2014年10月投入临床应用,无1例操作人员锐器伤发生,输液反应发生率为零。结论安全工器具的合理设计与使用能有效降低锐器伤的发生,文中介绍的多功能玻璃安瓿开启器设计灵活小巧,使用安全便捷,适于临床推广应用。Objective Reduce the incidence of nurses professional sharp instrument injury, improve the security of clinical application and nursing operation. Methods Design a kind of multi-functional glass ampoule openers which is made up of diamond cutter instead of traditional grinding wheel. It is a coalition of ampoule cutter and bottle opener and screwdriver,else. Results None of the sharp injury occurs and infusion reaction rate is zero during this Opener was put into clinical application from October 2013 to October 2014. Conclusion Safety equipment can effectively reduce the sharp injury. The multi-functional glass ampoule opener is flexibility and safe and convenient.It is very suitable to use in clinical.
